Can I change the numbers of guests booked and how do I do it?
Yes you can! If you want to increase the amount of people on your booking, then the first step is to call one of our team on 0117 929 0815 so we can check that this is possible. We will then require a signed booking form which can be sent by email, fax or post. When decreasing numbers you are liable to lose your deposit. Can you help with arranging accommodation/finding transport?
Yes we can. Please call us with your requirements and we will be happy to help. We work with all of the big hotel chains and have sourced hundreds of suitable hotels across the country. These show up with descriptions towards the bottom of each party listing page.
How can I pay for my chosen party?
We accept payment for all major credit/debit cards apart from Diners club and American Express. You can also pay by BACS or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to "Hype Agency Limited"
How do I make a booking?
If you are interested in booking one of the parties shown on our website then call one of our party advisors on 0117 9290815. They will happily check the availability for you, answer any questions you have regarding the event and take you step by step through the booking process.
How soon do I have to pay?
This depends on the party you choose. Some will require deposits and some will require full balance payment as soon as the tickets are booked. Our party organisers can help further but the normal requirements can be found in section 3 and 4 of our "terms and conditions.":http://www.companychristmas.co.uk/terms

I have a food allergy, is this going to be a problem?
As long as you give us plenty of warning we will do our best to cater for any specific dietary requirements.
What are minimum/maximum booking numbers for shared parties?
This really depends on the event. Many parties state a minimum of 10 but some shared parties will have no minimum. However if your less than 10 people then be prepared to share a table with another company as this is often the number of seats per table.
What is a shared Party?
A shared party is generally a large and spectacular production to which your company can buy tickets. This can be a great option for a company of any size, as it allows you to experience a full scale party, with full production and theming at a fraction of the cost. It can also be a great way to meet new people. Shared parties often include theming, catering (usually a sit down 3 or 4 course meal), entertainment, DJ, Disco, and full event management.
What is an Exclusive Party?
An exclusive party is a bespoke event organised for just your company. If you wish to hold a private Christmas Party for your staff, there are many venues and party packages available. Here at Company Christmas we can help with the whole process. We can work with you on the venue selection, party themes, entertainment, catering, music, hotel accommodation, and much more allowing you to sit back, relax and enjoy the evening. What should I wear?
On each of the shared parties on our website, we have included a dress code. In most cases smart/formal dress is required. Christmas is a great excuse to dress up!
What time should I arrive?
This will vary from party to party. Details of entry times will be listed on the website along with further information on the party of your choice.
Will I receive tickets?
Your party tickets will be sent out once full payment is received, usually 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
