This unique Xmas party event may not be at a Torquay hotel but owner ‘Basil Fawlty’ and Sybil (His ‘little nest of vipers’) cordially invite you and your company Christmas guests to join the hectic fun at this Kent Christmas party venue.

Business rarely ran smoothly at Fawlty Towers, but luckily the events organisers at this venue are a little more skilled when it comes to hosting a great Christmas ball!!

Cream of butternut squash soup with sage cream
Smoked salmon and prawn salad, baby chard, water cress, lemon and chive dressing
Chicken liver pate with red onion jam and sour dough toasts
Pea and leek tart with a pine nut and tomato salsa (v)

Main course

Roast turkey, bacon wrapped chipolatas, chestnut and cranberry stuffing roast
parsnip and carrots with cranberry sauce
Braised lamb shanks, boulangere potatoes, roast carrots, green beans, red current and rosemary jus
Roast pumpkin and polenta croquettes, with spinach and a Roquefort sauce (v)

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
