Make your Christmas celebration that bit different and hold your event in The Cabinet War Rooms, the preserved historic site underneath Westminster, where Winston Churchill and his War Cabinet met and took momentous decisions in the dark
days of 1940.

The Harmsworth Room has been recently redesigned and refitted, the room offers you the opportunity to party in a unique historic setting, steeped in the atmosphere of a wartime bunker, but with all the creature comforts of a modern venue. It is the perfect space for drinks receptions, intimate dinners and lavish banquets.

The Auditorium is situated underground and adjacent to the award wining Churchill Museum, this area offers all the versatility of a modern meeting space, but with the added excitement of its period feel, historic resonance and high-tech audiovisual facilities. In air-conditioned comfort, it offers space for up to 150 people to party under six feet of concrete and steel… without having to worry about the noise!

The Christmas dinner package includes room hire, three-course traditional Christmas Blenheim menu, unlimited beer, house wine and soft drinks for four hours, table flowers and access to the Churchill Museum and Cabinet War Rooms.

1940’s Actors
On arrival, our 1940’s re-enactors will recruit your guests into the Cabinet War Rooms workforce in a lightly entertaining and
utterly involving 20 minute induction process. With help of ‘volunteers’, Major Wade and Miss Hughes will meet and greet guests and take them through the routines and rigours of working underground. An ideal mood setter for any party.
